Our philosophy.

1:1 Coaching
Your time is precious and as healthcare professionals and career-minded individuals often our schedules do not allow us to add one other thing. Our 1:1 coaching sessions are remote, to eliminate the need for travel, and our clients choose the time of their meetings in advance. This approach optimizes the clients time. In addition, our 1:1 sessions allow for complete individualization and adequate time to address each client’s health needs.
Simplistic Approach.
Reaching health goals and an ideal weight does not need to be complicated. Oftentimes nutrition programs, and fad diets take hours of meal prep and calorie logging. This is time consuming and overwhelming which leads to added stress. Here at B.A.R.E Coaching we take a simplistic approach to getting healthy. We teach clients how to incorporate minimalism and simplicity into their health routines to create added space and time for their health goals.
